Daywise Itinerary :

Day 1: Gangtok to Lachen

Reporting 10.00 am to 10:30 am, Vajra Stand , meet our executive who will assist you to board the cab . Once all the passenger are there, will start journey towards Lachung, Estimated Time Departure (ETD) by 10:30 am - 11:00 AM some times may get delayed traffic congestion, some time Arriving guest or the departing vehicle may get delayed due to traffic and other issue. On the way will take lunch and see major points like Seven Sister Waterfalls or Butterfly Waterfalls, Bhim Nala Falls will reach Lachung evening, check in hotels / homestay , evening free visit Local Cafe and explore the culture, late evening dinner will be provided, night stay in Lachen.
En Route Sightseeing:
- Seven Sisters Waterfall: Marvel at the beautiful cascade.
Lunch Break:
- Midway stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
Arrival in Lachen:
- Reach Lachen (8,800 ft) by evening.
- Check-in at the hotel or homestay.
- Dinner at the hotel and rest for the night.
- NOTE : Please ensure you are on time at the designated meeting points. Delays can disrupt the entire group’s schedule. Maintain decency and respect toward fellow travelers and staff throughout the journey. Seats are not pre-assigned and will be allocated by the driver based on operational needs (rotation basis). The driver's decision is final in this matter. Adhere to instructions provided by the tour guide or driver to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Single use Plastic ( like package drinking water bottle is banned) - Suggestion : Carry pet bottle ( hard plastic like example Tupperware) / steel bottle, Kindly carry only 1 piece hand luggage that is just required for 2 night and you can leave your excess luggage in your hotel cloakroom.

Day 2: Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung

Early Morning Departure:
- Wake up early (4:30 AM) and leave for Gurudongmar Lake after a light breakfast.
- Carry warm clothes, as it will be very cold.
Visit Gurudongmar Lake:
- One of the highest lakes in the world (17,800 ft).
- Enjoy the serene beauty and spirituality of the lake.
Return to Lachen:
- Stop at the hotel for lunch.
Travel to Lachung:
- Post-lunch, drive to Lachung (8,600 ft).
- En route, enjoy scenic views and waterfalls.
Arrival in Lachung:
- Check-in at the hotel or homestay by evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 3: Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Gangtok

Early Morning Departure:
- After breakfast, leave for Yumthang Valley, also known as the "Valley of Flowers."
Visit Yumthang Valley:
- Located at 11,800 ft, it’s surrounded by vibrant flora (rhododendrons, primulas) during the blooming season (April-May).
- Optional: Visit the natural hot springs.
Optional Excursion:
- Zero Point (Yumesamdong): For an additional cost (~₹500 per person), visit Zero Point (15,000 ft), near the Tibet border, weather permitting.
Return to Lachung:
- Head back to Lachung for lunch.
Drive Back to Gangtok:
- Start the journey back to Gangtok in the afternoon.
- Short breaks for refreshments en route.
Evening Arrival in Gangtok:
- Conclude your trip by reaching Gangtok between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Reporting Time:

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM - Estimated Time Departure (ETD) 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM some times may get delayed traffic congestion, some time arriving guest or the departing vehicle may get delayed due to traffic and other issue. If a guest fails to report at the given time, they will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be entertained.

- Seats will be assigned by the driver or tour manager, and their decision is final (Rotation Basis).
Be Kind & Respectful:
- Please be courteous to fellow passengers throughout the journey.
Prohibited Activities:
- Smoking, drinking, or the use of prohibited substances is strictly not allowed during the tour.
Local Transportation to Pickup Point:
- Guests must arrange their own local transport from the hotel to the designated pickup location at their own cost.
- Local transportation options are easily available in Gangtok.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Tour Started but Incomplete:
- Once permit is issued and tour has started, guest unable to complete the tour (fully or partially) due to:
  - Bad weather
  - Natural calamities
  - Roadblocks
  - Political disturbances
  - Government restrictions
  - No refund, reimbursement, or adjustment possible.
Permit Not Issued & Tour Cancellation:
- If the permit is not issued and the tour does not start from Gangtok, the guest is eligible for:
  - A refund (after deducting payment gateway charges).
  - A reschedule of the tour to another available date.
