1. Day 1: Lunch on the way to lachung and Dinner in Hotel in Lachung
2. Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at Hotel in Lachung
3. Day 3: Breakfast at Hotel in Lachung

• Lunch/Dinner: Rice, Roti, Dal, Veg/Non-Veg, Salad
• Breakfast: As per Hotel Chef Choice

🏠 Stay Details

Lachung Home ( Deluxe Hotel) : Attached Bathroom with Geyser and Basic Amenities

1. Solo Booking: Personal Room will be provided for solo travelers
2. Couple Booking: Personal Room will be provided for couples
3. Three (3) Person Booking: Triple Sharing Room will be provided for three persons

Our Stay Details : Padma House Lachung or Similar 

🗻 Optional Tour

1. Zero Point : Extra Cost Rs. 500/- per person
2. Sanglakphu Lake: Extra Cost Rs. 500/- per person
3. Mount Katao: Extra Cost Rs. 500/- per person

Note: The payment for the optional tour is to be paid directly to the driver.

💰 Pricing Policy

We Follow 3 Seasons:

1. Lean Season: Prices are generally lower
2. Peak Season: Prices are slightly higher
3. Festive/Blackout Dates: Prices are highest

As per our Pricing Policy:

1. Rates are dynamic in nature; we don’t follow a fixed pricing policy
2. Solo traveller pricing is higher because personal rooms are provided
3. Child Policy: Children below 5 years; children above 5 years are considered adults
4. Charges for children apply only for seats allotted in the vehicle

Cancellation Policy – North Sikkim Sharing

1. Refund & Cancellation Charges:

1. 10 days or more before the tour: 10% cancellation charges of total booking amount
2. Between 10–5 days before the tour: 25% cancellation charges of total booking amount
3. Between 5–3 days before the tour: 50% cancellation charges of total booking amount
4. Within 3 days of tour start date: No refund

2. Incomplete Tours:

If a guest cannot complete the tour due to bad weather, natural calamities, roadblocks, political disturbances, or government restrictions → No refund, no reimbursement, or no adjustment.

3. Permit Not Issued & Tour Cancellation:

If the mandatory permit is not issued and the tour does not commence from Gangtok, guests are eligible for:

1. A refund (after deducting payment gateway charges of ₹100/- per guest)
2. OR a free reschedule of the tour to another available date

3. Important Notes:

1. Groups usually consist of solo travelers, small families, couples, and friends
2. Reporting Time: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
3. Pickup Location: Designated points in Gangtok (shared meeting point arranged by operator)
4. Departure Time: 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Delays may occur due to traffic, arriving guests, or vehicle readiness)
5. We Reserve Right to Amend/Change/Cancel tour Itinerary in case of any Natural event/Calamity, Restrictions by any Authority or any such reason beyond our control. 

6. Advice : Kindly Carry - Basic Medicine, Portable Oxygen Can, Re-Usable water Bottle, High Calorie Food Item, Power-Bank, 🧳 Please carry light — just a small bag. Avoid trolleys or big bags.

4. General Guidelines:

1. 🚍 Seat Allocation: Seats assigned by driver or tour manager on a rotation basis. Decision final and binding. Guests needing extra comfort may book an additional seat in advance.
2. 🙏 Be Kind & Respectful: Maintain courtesy towards fellow passengers.
3. 🚫 Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol, or prohibited substances strictly not allowed.
4. 🚕 Local Transportation: Guests arrange own transport from hotel to pickup point at own cost. Local taxis and shared cabs are available.
5. ⚖️ Dispute & Jurisdiction: Any disputes fall under Sikkim jurisdiction only.
